Excellent! Room was extremely clean, everything was in proper working condition. Parking was plentiful, it was easy to get to from the main road. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent. It felt safe, clean and was quiet. Only drawback; bed was hard as a rock. But good value for the $ overall

Fantastic Stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Mystic - Pet-Friendly Perfection! My recent stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Mystic was absolutely wonderful, largely thanks to their outstanding service and friendly staff. From the moment I checked in, I felt incredibly welcomed and well-cared for. Every interaction with the team was positive, making my experience truly enjoyable. The hotel room was impeccably clean, and I was delighted to find the beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Waking up to a delicious breakfast was another highlight – a perfect way to start the day. As a bonus, it was great to discover that the hotel is also pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for travelers with furry companions. Overall, if you're looking for a hotel in Mystic with a clean environment, comfortable accommodations, exceptional service, and the added convenience of being pet-friendly, I highly recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites Mystic. I'll definitely be back!

CLEAN! This hotel is clean. The rooms, bathrooms, dinning area, hallways, etc. are all clean and don’t smell weird (no air fresheners trying to cover smells). The towels and sheets were clean and stain free. I read some of the other reviews about the place and honestly I think those people are ridiculous. Is the furniture super modern? No but is in good repair and clean. Is the carpet worn in some areas yes but it’s clean and not ripped or stained. We originally checked into another hotel in the area from another major chain (room cost $80 more there) and I got the ick just walking in the door. The place was NOT clean, smelled horrendous and it was beyond just a little worn. We got out of there and very gratefully was able to get a room at the Hampton Inn. Tom at the front desk was great! The breakfast the next day was standard free hotel breakfast but a nice variety. I gave it a 4 because nothing is perfect and rarely hand out 5’s in my ratings.

Friendly staff, complimentary breakfast, and free snacks inside. Wonderfully decorated for the holidays. Great atmosphere. Rooms are nice, great bathroom, cool, just easy to hear people walking above.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were excellent. Our room was very spacious. The beds and bedding were superb. The entire property was spotless. The breakfast was very good with many choices and tasty coffees. The lobby was our favorite place with a beautiful fireplace, TV, and comfy sofas and armchairs! This is also where breakfast is served...fantastic! Highly recommended.

Above average hotel for price. Nothing glamorous but very clean and good breakfast buffet with make your own waffles. Great location 1 min from 95, 5 minutes from aquarium, and 15 min from Foxwoods.

Great hotel for the price. The man at the front desk was very welcoming and super nice. Fresh coffee all day and night, had a hot chocolate bar, and the continental breakfast was nice. Would stay again and recommend it!

This hotel is excellent for a short and enjoyable stay. What stuck out at me most is the friendliness of the staff. April, Kitt, and Danette were always all smiles and attentiveness. The cleaning lady, whose name I didn’t catch, was awesome as well. We brought our small dog with us and even she had a great time! I was able to enjoy a complimentary breakfast every morning with unlimited quality coffee! I highly recommend this hotel. Hampton Inn & Suites, if you’re reading this, APRIL deserves a raise, promotion and/or award for her exceptional hospitality and service. This was our second time coming here and I think it’s remarkable that she still loves and respects her job enough to be just as pleasant and memorable even 2 years later.
